Poets of the Fall, Switchfoot to Headline Bacardi NH7 Weekender Meghalaya 2018
The annual music festival announced international and Indian artists for their lineup yesterday
Bacardi NH7 Weekender’s fourth edition in Meghalaya includes everyone from Finnish alt rock band Poets of the Fall, who return to India after their performance in Bengaluru last year to American rock group Switchfoot to British guitar virtuoso Guthrie Govan. The lineup, which was revealed yesterday also includes familiar names from the country’s independent music scene such as two veteran Mumbai groups; rockers Zero and electro-rock outfit Pentagram, electronica duo LANDS and post hardcore band Scribe.
Other big draws include Israeli psychedelic group Tiny Fingers, composer Shankar Mahadevan, one half of Shillong blues outfit Soulmate, Tipriti Kharbangar’s new project called Tipriti Kharbangar and the Clansmen and more.
The Meghalaya edition of the festival is slated to take place from November 2nd-3rd.
