We caught up with Mumbai pop rock band Spud In The Box, who will perform at Blue Frog tonight as part of an Alt Rock Night along with The Hoodwink Circle, a prog rock band also from Mumbai. The band, which was jamming at their drummer Vivaan Kapoor’s residence, discussed influences, broke into an impromptu jam and told us why people should be queuing up at Blue Frog, Mumbai tonight: “Because we’re the youngest band in the city and only play originals.”
