Electronic firebrands the Prodigy will release their sixth studio album, The Day Is My Enemy, on March 30th via the band’s own label, Take Me to the Hospital, via Three Six Zero Music and Warner Bros. The LP, their first since 2009’s Invaders Must Die, will be preceded by a single called “Nasty,” which is expected to come out this month.

Last week, the trio shared a disorienting album teaser, “Can You Hear Me?,” on their Facebook page. Though the brief clip doesn’t include any concrete info about The Day Is My Enemy, it evokes a manic  and disorienting concert vignette.

In a December interview with the London Evening Standard, founding member Liam Howlett called the album “violent-sounding” and promised it would “wipe the floor” with the modern-day DJ scene.

“If the dance scene is made up of DJs, that don’t bother us,” he said. “We’re in different zones to them. We don’t make music like those kind of acts. We view ourselves as in our own kind of area. We’re fans of some people out there, but when you’ve got a scene built on DJs, that’s not healthy. We need more bands that make this kind of music.”

The Day Is My Enemy will feature collaborations with DJ-producer Flux Pavilion (“Rhythm Bomb”) and post-punk/rap duo Sleaford Mods (“Ibiza”). The Prodigy previously announced a crop of live dates, including a run of February and March performances for the Australian Future Music Tour and a co-headlining spot at the Isle of Wight Festival in June.
