Rahul Chacko creates art for pleasure and profit. Preferably both at the same time. Experienced at illustration, digital art, 3D modeling, animation and game design, he now plies his trade as a freelance artist and designer in Bengaluru under the pseudonym Scribble Bandit. Chacko also handles guitar duties and all artwork for Bengaluru stoner/doom band, Bevar Sea.

 The Idea

What better setting for a birthday party for rock ”˜n’ roll’s most well-known magazine than a celebratory gig? The energy, the antics, the characters, the sound of a cranked-up tube amp – getting right back to the root of it all. Rockout Boy is a character I created a few years ago. His unwavering devotion to keeping the flame of rock music alive borders on manic, but on an occasion like this, there’s no one better to get the party started.
