'Irreconcilable differences' cited after more than 6 years of marriage
Heidi Klum is reportedly filing for divorce from Seal after more than six years of marriage. TMZ broke the story this morning, reporting that Klum will be filing the papers in L.A. County Superior Court next week.
The couple had renewed their wedding vows just last May (as they have every year since they were first married), but Klum will be citing “irreconcilable differences,” as the reason for the split, according to TMZ.
The German model and singer have four children together. They wed on a beach in Mexico in May 2005, five months after Seal proposed to Klum inside an igloo he built for the occasion in Whistler, British Columbia. They were last seen together publicly in late December; Klum attended the Golden Globes alone last week.
