No Passport Control is a fusion album that’s a collusion of international sounds and instruments all held together by the masterful violin of Sharat Chandra Shrivastava who leads the group. The entire band consists of musicians from around the world and lends credence to the interesting concept of a utopian world free from boundaries. Their music also seems free of boundaries and inhibitions. The fluid, free-flowing nature of the music in this album seems to be a result of the long musical association of the musicians on show. Of the 10 tracks on the album, the title track creates a universal atmosphere and sets the tone for a perfect world order.
