Rihanna has released the otherworldly video for her new single “Sledgehammer.” The aching, Sia-penned ballad first appeared in the latest trailer for Star Trek Beyond.
Since releasing her eighth album Anti earlier this year, Rihanna has released several collaborations and singles unrelated to her most recent LP. She appeared on Kanye West’s “Famous” off his album The Life of Pablo and reunited with her “We Found Love” partner Calvin Harris for “This Is What You Came For.” Following the success of her collaboration “Work” with Drake, the pair re-teamed for the track “Too Good,” which appears on the rapper’s most recent album Views.
Rihanna is currently on the European leg of her Anti world tour.
