We’re celebrating World Music Day all this week with an exclusive video series in association with JBL and Beatoven.ai
Committed to bringing stories that connect fans with their favorite musicians on a deeper level, Rolling Stone India in collaboration with JBL and Beatoven.ai has launched a rare, candid video series. Titled Rolling Stone Icons, it showcases some of India’s greatest music minds as they walk us through their creative process, philosophy, artistry and more.
Rolling Stone Icons features A.R. Rahman, Amit Trivedi, Armaan Malik, Raja Kumari and Salim Merchant in conversation with Nirmika Singh (Executive Editor, Rolling Stone India). The interactions touch upon the artist’s dreams and aspirations; despite having a soaring career, what drives the voices of India? How do they continue to fuel their creativity? No success story is complete without a few chapters of relentless experiments and exploration, and Rolling Stone Icons explores this at length, unfiltered. As the conversations get deeper, the artists will dive into their craft, elucidating what music means to them.
Watch the first episode of Rolling Stone Icons featuring A.R. Rahman here.
