Experience a live event series featuring raw, unplugged and intimate sets by artists

Rolling Stone India's Barstool Project takes place on September 26th at Mumbai's Lilt.
Last week, Rolling Stone India announced a brand new live gig series called The Barstool Project which is set to take place on September 26th at Mumbai venue Lilt.
With The Barstool Project, we invite you to stroll in and experience the music you listen to as you’ve never heard it before. Our aim is to celebrate musicians, listeners and their mutual appreciation of art, in its purest form. The artists slated to perform will put on raw, intimate sets at the event.
On the bill for our first edition is Arunachal-bred singer-songwriter Taba Chake, indie-folk outfit Ink of Bard, Mumbai rockers Daira and hip-hop artist Shah Rule. Each artist will tailor their performances for a relaxed stripped-down show and also give us an insight into some of their songs.
Rolling Stone India Executive Editor, Nirmika Singh says, “With the Barstool Project, Rolling Stone India hopes to give fans a more intimate platform to connect with their favorite artists. In addition to live experiences, the project will present brand new video content on social media and YouTube for fans across the country.”
