Irish pop artist Ronan Keating will make his way back to India for the first time in 18 years, headlining the inaugural edition of Tape Deck Festival in Bengaluru on November 18th.
This is the third and latest addition to the “When You Say Nothing At All” hitmaker’s India run of shows, which includes a stop in Mumbai on November 17th and headlining Shillong Cherry Blossom Festival on November 19th.
Keating will perform at Bhartiya City in Bengaluru, at the show promoted by Absolum Professional, who aim to make Tape Deck Festival a recurring, year-round event series that will bring “legendary artists from the Eighties, Nineties and 2000s to Indian music enthusiasts.”
For his part, Keating was reportedly last in India to perform in 2005 at an awards show. Among the songs expected at his India shows including “Life Is A Rollercoaster,” “If Tomorrow Never Comes,” “Lovin’ Each Day” and material from his days in Boyzone, including “No Matter What,” “Father and Son” and “Words.”
