Last year we had Noiseware, Exhumation, Artillerie and Bhayanak Maut. This year the first of five bands performing at the Rolling Stone Metal Awards 2012 are Bengaluru prog metallers Eccentric Pendulum, who will also preview some new material at the show. This is what drummer Vibhas Venkatram had to say about the band’s set:
“At the Metal Awards, we’ll be playing a mixture of songs from our EP The Sculptor of Negative Emotions, the album Winding the Optics and a new song no one has heard before. We haven’t played songs from our EP for a really long time, so it’ll be nice to perform them again.”
The Rolling Stone Metal Awards will be held on July 1, 2012 at the Blue Frog in Mumbai. Watch this space for updates and announcements on the rest of the performers for the night.
The Brazilian DJ-producer will perform across four cities, including Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Goa
