SEVENTEEN Unveils Full Tracklist for ‘17 IS RIGHT HERE’

With 33 tracks in total, '17 IS RIGHT HERE,' a comprehensive record, will debut with "MAESTRO," its lead single

The much-awaited SEVENTEEN’s best album, 17 IS RIGHT HERE, features 33 tracks total, including four new songs to go along with the group’s biggest hits. The K-pop superstars released an all-inclusive tracklist for the album not long ago (April 19, 2024).

SEVENTEEN’s centrality in K-pop is familiar; nonetheless, their status as “self-producing idols” is precisely what distinguishes them as genuine artists. An official press statement outlining the full setlist for 17 IS RIGHT HERE can be found below. It goes into more detail and incorporates the following information:

On April 2, a partial tracklist was made public, comprising Korean versions of eight previously dropped Japanese lead singles and another 20 lead songs from prior Korean releases. On April 19, an animated trailer came out, announcing the imminent arrival of four brand-new tracks alongside a digital-only instrumental version of “Adore U,” the band’s breakthrough hit.

17 IS RIGHT HERE, a comprehensive record, will debut with “MAESTRO” before rolling out the songs of the group’s three units: the hip-hop team’s “LALALI,” the performance team’s “Spell,” and the vocal team’s “Cheers to Youth.”

The latest inclusions reinforce SEVENTEEN’s standing as the quintessential creative dynamic juggernaut in K-pop music. WOOZI oversaw the lyrics and arrangements for “MAESTRO,” “Spell,” and “Cheers to Youth,” expanding his already extensive portfolio of accomplishments as an artist and as a composer in specificity for all 20 earlier-released lead singles. He additionally collaborated on the writing process for “LALALI” together with S.COUPS, WONWOO, MINGYU, and VERNON, all of whom are part of the hip-hop team, while THE 8 and DINO wrote the song “Spell,” which was put together exclusively for their unit.

Four distinct versions of track samplers and two variants of concept photos, namely the ‘HEAR’ and ‘HERE’ versions, were put out preceding the tracklist announcement. The ‘HEAR’ version is a deftly subtle tribute to the band’s artistic individuality, with each member featured in rooms commemorating their past albums.

In addition to featuring elements from the band’s history, the homophonic ‘HERE’ version immerses the artists in a vibrantly colorful setting that captures the upbeat universe of SEVENTEEN.

The official release date for 17 IS RIGHT HERE is April 29.

A one-of-a-kind mix of S.COUPS, JEONGHAN, JOSHUA, JUN, HOSHI, WONWOO, WOOZI, THE 8, MINGYU, DK, SEUNGKWAN, VERNON, and DINO, SEVENTEEN have made it to the leading edge of the international music scene thanks to their unparalleled in-house artistic culture and strong individualism. Rap, vocals, and performance are the three elements that interact seamlessly in creating the groundbreaking grand framework of the 13-piece collective. Before scaling new heights, SEVENTEEN capped 2022 as the inaugural K-pop act to take home Push Performance of the Year at the MTV Video Music Awards and Best New and Best Push at the MTV European Music Awards.

In 2023, SEVENTEEN’s 10th Mini Album FML and the 11th Mini Album SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN entered as number two on the Billboard 200 and number one on the World Albums charts, thereby marking the top two best-selling albums in K-pop ever. After dominating the Billboard Artist 100, FML was named the best-selling global album of 2023 by IFPI (the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry—the group that advocates for the global recording industry’s interests), with an estimated 6.2 million copies sold globally.

SEVENTEEN plans to broaden its worldwide influence in 2024, returning to Europe for gigs at the Glastonbury Festival and Lollapalooza Berlin, following a special speech and performance stint at the 2023 UNESCO Youth Forum in Paris.
