Latin pop icon Shakira is set to return to India with a two-city tour in Mumbai and Delhi in April 2026. The Grammy-winning and Guinness World Record–holding Colombian singer and dancer will perform at Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Racecourse on Apr. 10, 2026 and Delhi’s Jawaharlal Stadium on Apr. 15, bringing her firepower rhythms and quaking hips to the country as part of District by Zomato’s Feeding India Concert, presented by HSBC.
This marks the “Hips Don’t Lie” hitmaker’s first major concert appearance in India in almost two decades, since she last performed in Mumbai in 2007 as part of her Oral Fixation tour. Shakira said in a statement, “Performing in India has always been special to me, and I’m excited to connect with my fans across Mumbai and Delhi.” Coming to the country as part of non-profit Feeding India’s live music initiative with District by Zomato, Shakira also said this was “about standing together to ensure every child has access to the nutrition they need to thrive.”
Recognized as one of the best‑selling female Latin artists of all time with over 100 million records sold, Shakira has also twice been named Billboard’s Top Female Latin Artist of the Decade. Best known for her chart‑toppers like “Waka Waka,” “Whenever, Wherever,” and “She Wolf,” her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour recently set a Guinness World Record as the highest‑grossing tour by a Latin artist ever.
Shakira’s India tour announcement underscores the country’s growing status as a hotspot for legendary acts, joining the ranks of artists like Ye, who also recently announced a standalone show in Delhi.
A philanthropist in her own right with her Barefoot Foundation, Shakira’s Feeding India concerts also mark the first time the music-for-change initiative is expanding to a multi-city format, after previously bringing artists like Dua Lipa in 2024 and Post Malone in 2022 to Mumbai. Rahul Ganjoo, the CEO of District by Zomato, added in his statement, “Music has the unique power to unite people across boundaries, and we’re leveraging that to drive meaningful conversations that can transform lives.”
Ticket sales will open exclusively on District, with 48-hour early access for HSBC credit cardholders from 12 PM IST on Feb. 27 to 12 PM IST on March 1. General ticket sales begin at 1 PM IST on March 1.
