Eminem cameos in video for track featuring Cee Lo Green
The new clip for hip-hop supergroup Slaughterhouse’s “My Life” begins with an extended intro featuring Eminem in an episode of “Rappers Are Richer Than You” (a send-up “Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous”) cracking wise about his millions and how he spends them: skeet-shooting with his platinum records, washing his face with other rappers’ tears to maintain his “boyish good looks” and clubbing ”“ not the kind you’re thinking of.
When Slaughterhouse member Joell Ortiz has finally had enough, he whacks the TV, switching it to the actual video, where he joins Crooked I, Joe Budden and Royce da 5’9″, as well as Cee Lo Green (who handles “massive hook and bridge” duties), in a room that puts each member in his own green-screen vignette. Come for Eminem’s hilarious intro and the monster track; stay for Cee Lo flying a plane.Â
