When we sat down to interview Mumbai jam band Something Relevant at Cotton Press studio, they were in the middle of a photo shoot. Bassist and vocalist Stuart DaCosta, saxophonist Ryan Sadri, drummer Jehangir Jehangir, percussionist Aalok Padhye and guitarist Tanmay Bhattacherjee’s phrase of the day can usually drive scribes up the wall, but it was just the thing to crack us up.
