The 42nd annual New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival kicks off today with a typically eclectic lineup featuring Arcade Fire, Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band, the Neville Brothers, Wilco, Jeff Beck and Allen Toussaint, among many others.
