Among the mainstay events in India’s music festival calendar, SulaFest returns for the first time since 2020 to Sula Vineyards in Nashik, bringing in the likes of rap star Divine, electronic artists Ritviz and Karan Kanchan, folk-indie band When Chai Met Toast and more to perform on Feb. 1 and 2.

The global pandemic may have been the primary reason for SulaFest to press pause for a few years, but after their peers like NH7 Weekender resumed, many questioned whether the wine and music festival – that has brought the likes of Jungle, Bloc Party, Young the Giant and more to India – would ever return.

True to their ethos when they started in 2007, SulaFest returns to programming an all-Indian lineup this time, perhaps their way of testing the waters. The two-day festival will also see performances by music duo Oaff x Savera, a live audio-visual set from electronic artist Dualist Inquiry, nu-disco/funk duo Madboy/Mink, singer-songwriter Ankur Tewari and the Ghalat Family, Bengaluru-based singer-songwriter Frizzell D’Souza and Mumbai multi-instrumentalist Aarifah, among others.

Festival passes with access to both days are currently on sale via BookMyShow, priced at ₹4,999. Day passes for Saturday and Sunday are priced at ₹2,999 each.

Sula Vineyards CEO and founder Rajeev Samant says in a statement, “As we gear up for the much-anticipated return of SulaFest, I couldn’t be more excited to see this incredible celebration come to life again. SulaFest is more than just a festival; it’s a true celebration of music, wine, and togetherness. We’re delighted to welcome everyone back to Nashik for a weekend filled with unforgettable experiences. Having such amazing artists on board this year makes it even more special, and we can’t wait to see the joy and connection it will bring to our community. Watching SulaFest grow into a platform that showcases the best of our wines, music, and shared experiences is immensely fulfilling.”
