Tejas, JBABE, Frizzell D’Souza And More Are Part Of Misfits Inc.’s Month-Long Residency at Mumbai’s antiSOCIAL

Misfits Inc., the Mumbai-based talent agency and record label, is marking its five-year anniversary with its vibrant gig series Not Dead Yet: It’s aLIVE. This residency series will unfold at antiSOCIAL in Mumbai, from July 18th to August 11th.

Founded in 2019 by Nayantara Kumar and Savinay Shetty, Misfits Inc. has established itself as a pivotal player in India’s non-film creative industry. Representing a diverse roster of artists and facilitating projects such as Coke Studio Bharat and MTV x Hyundai Soundtrippin’, the agency has been instrumental in nurturing talent and enabling unique collaborations across various media platforms.

The residency, part of their anniversary celebrations, promises an eclectic lineup featuring acts like, The Colour Compound, Ankur Tewari & The Ghalat Family, Tejas, JBABE, Hashbass, Easy Wanderlings, as well as artists such as Gauley Bhai, Alif, Frizell D’souza, and Divyam Sodhi.

“We want to celebrate the vibrancy and resilience of the Indian independent music scene, in addition to also showcasing what we are trying to build. And we love live music,” says Kumar, emphasizing their commitment to live music and community building.

The series kicks off on July 18th with indie/pop showcases by Easy Wanderlings, Tejas, and Frizzell D’souza, followed by performances every week, culminating in a producer showcase on August 11th featuring Hashbass and special guests.
