Rize Of The Fenix is slated to release on May 15th
Trust the inappropriately hilarious Jack Black to stir up things when least expected. Six years after his band Tenacious D’s debacle, Pick of Destiny that was also a forgettable movie Tenacious D and The Pick of Destiny, the duo of Black and Kyle Gass have announced a comeback. The band is busy recording new material for their upcoming album, Rize of The Fenix, slated to release on May 15th on Sony music.Â
With that, Tenacious D has also announced a US and UK tour on their website . In the meantime, they released a promo video for their new video, shot like a Hollywood Investigator style biography featuring Dave Grohl (who has also recorded drums on the album), Josh Groban and Val Kilmer.
