The annual music festival’s eight edition announced international and Indian artists for their lineup yesterday

Bacardi NH7 Weekender has managed to cover all genres with their 2017 lineup. The annual music festival announced headliners that include everyone from three-time Grammy Award winning guitar virtuoso Steve Vai to Dutch metallers Textures to hip-hop group Swet Shop Boys. The lineup, which was revealed yesterday also includes the Indian indie scenes biggies such as folk fusion band Indian Ocean, R&B group Faridkot and metallers Skyharbor.
Other big draws include American mathcore band The Dillinger Escape Plan, Marky Ramone (drummer for the legendary punk band, The Ramones), Australian singer-songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Paul Dempsey and more.
Weekender is slated to host two editions this year, in Meghalaya and its home ground edition in Pune. While the Meghalaya edition (previously known as the Shillong edition) will be held on October 27th and 28th, the three-day Pune edition takes place from December 8th to 10th.
