The main poster of Our Blues includes all the 14 characters posing for the camera. Their happy faces are indicative of a lighthearted story waiting to happen. The poster text, “Happy living all of us!” solidifies the warm vibe, the note of optimism, and the hope for a better tomorrow inherent in the story. Written by Noh Heekyung, and helmed by director Kim Gyutae, Our Blues is a tale of people who leave their pasts to reinvent the present towards a second chance for a happy ending.
The best element of this production is the stellar cast, which includes Shin Minah and Lee Byunghun reuniting onscreen for the first time in a long time, as well as Kim Woobin, who makes his long-awaited return to the small screen after Uncontrollably Fond with Bae Suzy in 2016.
