Get ready to do a double take: Radiohead frontmen Thom Yorke’s photo features on the cover of an Iranian self-help book about marital and sexual problems. The 47-year-old vocalist and songwriter has been known to give the occasional piece of relationship advice, but it seems like the Iranian book industry has now caught on to how Yorke’s sad eyes might hint towards problems in that field.

Translated, the title of the book reads Marital and Sexual Problems in Men, and features a photo of Yorke circa 2005, along with two other men ”“ one of whom looks suspiciously like late author John Updike. The cover recently surfaced online on Twitter, though another user claimed that the publication actually dates back several years, trailing back to when he saw it three years ago in a bookstore in Mashhad, Iran. The book is even available for sale online on an Iranian website titled Adinehbook.com, confirming that it actually does exist (though it’s probably not a good idea to buy it expecting any gossipy tidbits about Yorke’s personal life). Buzzfeed got in touch with Radiohead’s publicist in the UK for a comment, but has yet to receive a response.
