"Over The Moon (Our Sanctuary Version)" follows the release of TXT's latest mini-album The Star Chapter: Sanctuary
Earlier this week, Tomorrow x Together shared the official music video for “Over the Moon,” a single from their latest mini-album The Star Chapter: Sanctuary. In the video, the group danced in parking lots and sprinted down hallways with palpable urgency. Now, the quintet are offering a more serene approach to the record with an alternate English-language recording and revamped video for “Over The Moon (Our Sanctuary Version).”
In the video, TXT members Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Hueningkai embark on a road trip to clear their mind. The sunny visual finds the group cruising down on the road, strolling down the street, and biking through fields. They keep the serenity going with some mind-calming activities, like journaling and blasting music in their headphones. When night falls, TXT passes the time stargazing and snapping pictures on a digital camera.
The Star Chapter: Sanctuary arrived earlier this week with six new songs. Their last EP, Minisode 3: Tomorrow, was released in April as a follow-up to their fifth album The Name Chapter: Freefall.
“We prepared The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY with great excitement as it introduces a new phase of TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s ongoing narrative,” Soobin told Rolling Stone UK in a recent interview. “Following ‘The Dream Chapter,’ ‘The Chaos Chapter,’ and ‘The Name Chapter,’ ‘The Star Chapter’ tells a story about youth and reclaiming identity and remembering the promises made under the starlit sky to meet ‘you,’ as (we sang about) in “The Nap of a Star” (The Dream Chapter: STAR.) The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY is a collection of romantic stories that unfold upon being with ‘you.’ I hope listeners enjoy our heartwarming serenade.”
