Easily the highlight of his “11:11” LP, Chris Brown comes together with Fridayy for “No One Else”, one of the R&B star’s stronger single in years. Brown’s career has spanned nearly 15 years now and while the last few years has found the singer still giving us hits, he’s not had a mainstream Top 40 success since his 2019 hit “Under The Influence” went viral this past year. Of course that song got all of its buzz from TikTok while this track deserves all the attention just based on its merits. Brown hasn’t sounded as confident and open in his vocals in years and the production feels current yet also very reminiscent of Brown’s early career pop work. This better make a dent in 2024!
