On their first release of 2025, pop duo Twinjabi’s Neil and Kush Nijhawan profess gratitude for everything that’s gone right, especially in matters of love, on the Hindi-English romantic song “11:11.”
Released with a music video that sees the brothers enlist models for a behind-the-scenes style shoot that also has galactic green screen VFX, “11:11” follows Twinjabi’s 2024 single “Bum Bum Baby.” Between the brothers, it’s Kush who takes on Hindi lyrics, while Neil pitches a getaway to his lover in the hook.
According to a press release, the song “serves as a soulful anthem” that’s inspired by the brothers’ “personal experiences with love and connection.” The release adds, “Written during their travels through the enchanting cities of Paris and Mumbai, the song beautifully encapsulates the magic and romance found in everyday moments.” Recorded and produced in Los Angeles, “11:11” comes across as a celebration of life, much like a lot of their catalog which includes songs like “I Just Want Money” and “Brown Magic.”
Neil says in a statement, “This song represents those serendipitous moments in life where everything feels just right. We want our fans to feel the joy and warmth we experienced while creating it.” Kush adds, “It’s about love, hope, and the magic of connection — emotions that transcend all barriers.”
