A Florida-hottie-turned-globetrotting-MC, Anna-Catherine Hartley began spitting horny verses with Paris’ Ed Banger crew (see Justice). On her debut LP, her slackness begins to shine. On “ADD SUV,” Pharrell plays Sonny to her pill-damaged Cher; the title track takes Lou Reed’s “Rock & Roll” for a girl-group joy ride. Did Ke$ha bite her steez? Who cares?
