Celebrate hip-hop and b-boy culture with artists from India, Norway and Germany
The Urban Culture Project, a four-day festival celebrating hip-hop will culminate at Mumbai’s Blue Frog on May 12th with performances, showcases and workshops by a range of artistes from India, Norway and Germany.
The line-up includes local hip-hop band Bombay Bassment, breakdancing collective Roc Fresh Crew, beatboxers Boxy Turvy and Dharavi-based MCs, who rap in English and Tamil and call themselves the Sout Dandy Squad. Also on the bill are Norwegian beatboxer Droolian, b-boy Spaghetti also from Norway, German dancer Criss and veteran British-Indian hip-hop DJ Uri.
When: Saturday, 12 May, 6:30 p.m onwards.
