Santigold, Sky Ferreira and Chromeo make cameos

A group of a dozen people gather at a long dinner table in preparation for a meal. Some subjects are seated, while others hover, whispering menacingly to one another. The Last Supper, right? Yes, and also Vampire Weekend’s new video for “Diane Young.”  The clip gathers together Santigold, Sky Ferreira, Chromeo, Walkmen frontman Hamilton Leithauser and Dave Longstreth of Dirty Projectors, who indulge in food fights, a saxophone bong and interacting with a mysterious balaclava-clad figure seated in the position of honor, amid blasts of glitter and confetti. “Diane Young” comes from the band’s latest album, Modern Vampires of the City.
