When metal head and TV host P-Man (Rohit Pereira) isn’t busy talking to the bands across the country for his show Vh1 Music Diaries or playing bass for electro pop band Shaa’ir and Func, he takes centrestage with his electro hip hop band ViceVersa. P-Man has a go at dubstep, hip hop and breakbeat with this three-member project, consisting of producer Manas Ullas and vocalist Sid Coutto.
Known for their consistently experimental approach, ViceVersa collaborated with a number of artists such as Vishal Dadlani (Pentagram) and vocalist Jonita Gandhi their album Blunt Force Aroma, released in 2012. For their latest single, the band has worked with Mumbai-based music producer/DJ Rishiraj Doss aka Mr. Doss. ViceVersa has already tested the new bass-heavy track titled “Get Rowdy,” at their previous gigs, and received a great response, says P-Man. The band will release the track as a single towards the end of July, and plans for a music video are already underway. Says P-Man, “The track will definitely blow people’s minds!”
