Watch Action-Packed First Trailer for ‘John Wick: Chapter 2’

"You want a war? Or do you want to just give me a gun?" hit man extraordinaire says in teaser for sequel to 2014 sleeper hit

“You want a war? Or do you want to just give me a gun?” Keanu Reeves says in his return to the role of hit man extraordinaire John Wick. Ahead of February 2016 arrival of the 2014 sleeper hit’s sequel, the bloody first trailer for John Wick: Chapter 2 premiered Saturday at New York Comic Con, with the assassin unretired, locked and loaded (and with a new pet dog).

While the teaser doesn’t offer many plot points, the body count is high in the first look at the sequel, which transplants the action from New York to Rome.

The film’s official synopsis says Wick is “forced back out of retirement by a former associate plotting to seize control of a shadowy international assassins’ guild. Bound by a blood oath to help him, John travels to Rome where he squares off against some of the world’s deadliest killers.”

Ian McShane, Lance Reddick and John Leguizamo reprise their roles as Wick allies, while Ruby Rose, Franco Nero, Peter Stormare and Laurence Fishburne, as a pigeon-loving kingpin, also join the cast. Common also appears as an adversarial assassin, with the rapper involved in a pair of showdowns with Wick in the teaser trailer.

“Whoever comes, I’ll kill them all,” Wick warns in the film, which opens in theaters on February 10th.
