The new clip released this Women’s Day as part of Nexa Music
Mumbai singer Anushka Manchanda.
With entries for English music talent hunt Nexa Music now closed, the first performer/mentor to release new music to push the competition is Mumbai-based singer Anushka Manchanda with the electro-pop tune “Queen Of My Castle.”
In the clip for the song about women empowerment, which released this past Women’s Day and shot by Mumbai-based production house Catnip, showcases Manchanda at her photogenic best with poise and resolute. The track has been composed by artists Bianca Gomes and Clinton Cerejo.
In an earlier interview with Rolling Stone India, Manchanda said about Nexa Music as a platform for new talent, “Along with the stellar artists involved in this project I can safely say that Nexa is providing the artists the opportunity to work with some of the best and most experienced musicians in the country, along with giving them a platform. They are not being short sighted, and are talking about much more than what we heard at the press conference. It’s exciting!”
