The South Korean quartet answer fun questions and deliver a hilarious rendition of 'How You Like That' dressed as characters from 'Frozen'

To celebrate their fourth anniversary since their debut in 2016, South Korean megastars BLACKPINK dropped a special video for their fans on YouTube earlier today.

BLACKPINK was the first girl group to debut from YG Entertainment since 2NE1 in 2009, and shot to fame immediately. Their debut single album Square One featured two tracks “Boombayah” and “Whistle,” and after the album’s release, both tracks charted at number one and two on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart. BLACKPINK was the fastest act to achieve this milestone and the third Korean artist to hold the top two positions simultaneously, following in the footsteps of “Gangnam Style” hitmaker Psy and their label mates Big Bang.

In the endearing anniversary clip, the four members answer questions about their journey so far, their most memorable moments with their fans, songs that make them dance and more. For the grand finale, BLACKPINK dress up as various characters from the film Frozen and perform a hilarious version of the choreography from their latest single, “How You Like That.”

As for their plans for the rest of 2020, the BLACKPINK will release a second single in August followed by a third in September and will finally drop their much-awaited first LP The Album on October 2nd. Comprising 10 tracks, the full-length studio album will be their first since their 2016 debut. With rapper Jennie having already made her solo debut in 2019, YGE also stated that members Rosé, Lisa, and Jisoo would release their own solo projects in 2020 and 2021, with an album from vocalist Rosé’s first on the agenda.

Earlier this year BLACKPINK collaborated with Lady Gaga on “Sour Candy,” a track featured on the latter’s latest album Chromatica which released in May. Over the last couple of months, the quartet also premiered a new reality series titled 24/365 with BLACKPINK, which documents their comeback and their daily lives through a series of vlogs on YouTube.
