Watch Brave Girls Make A Vibrant Comeback With ‘Thank You’

The five-track EP marks the group's first release in seven months

Debuting in 2011, Brave Girls’ members Minyoung, Yujeong, Eunji, and Yuna make a glorious return to the spotlight with a brand new EP. Titled Thank You, the EP houses a lead single of the same name. The comeback marks the group’s first release since their August 2021 EP After ‘We Ride.’

Produced by Brave Brothers, MABOOS, Chakun and Red Cookie, “Thank You” fashions a funky, retro-pop soundscape as the quartet express the gratitude their hearts possesses for their fans, Fearless (international fandom name): “I wanna thank y’all, I’m telling you / Saying it a hundred times isn’t enough / I wanna thank y’all, I’m feeling your love, babe / Always stay by my side, just like now, stay with me.”

Thanks to the power of social media, Brave Girls 2017 track “Rollin'” charted four years after its release after a fan-made video of the group performing the song at various live events found its viral success on YouTube. The single currently amasses over 58 million streams on Spotify alone, making “Thank You” an ode from Brave Girls to their fans for their continued support and trust in the group’s artistry.

Set in a futuristic city, the music video opens with the quartet alongside their dance crew performing crisp choreographed moves on stage. As the video unfolds, we see each member in a different location as graphics showing messages of support, love and admiration the group received from their fans on social media dots the screen. The video concludes with a grand performance atop a skyscraper alongside holograms of the members.

Forayed by the lead single of the same title, Thank You comprises four more tracks named “You and I,” “Love is Gone,” “Can I Love You” and a remix of the lead single.

In other news, Brave Girls is all set to perform on the second season of Mnet’s reality show Queendom. Hosted by Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon, this season will feature five additional acts; Cosmic Girls, Kep1er, LOONA, Hyolyn, and VIVIZ. The show is scheduled to premiere on March 31st, at 9:20 PM KST.
