The Mumbai rapper’s debut on Ranveer Singh’s new label IncInk includes cameos from Anushka Manchanda, rapper/actor SlowCheeta and the Bollywood star himself

In a move that surprises no one, the first release from Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh’s new hip-hopIncInk comes with a music video that plays up high drama when a musician is asked to sign a record deal contract.
Mumbai rapper Kaam Bhaari, who gained spotlight for his self-titled track and a role in Bollywood hip-hop drama Gully Boy, has released a high-energy song “Zeher” via IncInk. Over scurrying trap and dubstep beats produced by guitarist-composer Shikhar Yuvraj Manchanda aka RÄ€KHIS (also part of metal/hardcore band Reverrse Polarity), Kaam Bhaari raps about masters and slaves, breaking out of the cycle of exploitation and being victorious.
The video, directed by IncInk co-founder Navzar Eranee, features a high-stakes record deal offered to Kaam Bhaari, in a setting that seems straight out of the underworld and recalls action-thriller Sacred Games. The rapper chooses to reject the deal, save his skin and seek revenge for himself and other artists who seem to have been forced to sign a deal, including singer-producer Anushka Manchanda, rapper/actor SlowCheeta and Ranveer Singh as well.
