Watch: Lamb Of God’s Chris Adler on Being Part of the Rolling Stone Metal Awards Jury

The American metal band’s drummer was mighty impressed with the nominees for the fifth edition of RSMA

Jun 21, 2014

American metal band Lamb of God’s [LoG] India connection began in 2010, when they made their debut in the country at the Summer Storm Festival in Bengaluru. Almost two years later, they were back for Nokia Alive in 2012. Supporting them were Delhi prog metal band Skyharbor, a band which had impressed LoG’s drummer Chris Adler enough to express an interest to perform with them.

Skyharbor have since gone on to win at two consecutive editions of the Rolling Stone Metal Awards, so we figured Adler needed a new dose of Indian metal. Adler, who has also played drums for thrash metal veterans Testament and Canadian experimental band Protest the Hero, is part of the jury for the fifth edition of RSMA and talks about the nominees this year and hopefully returning to India as part of their next tour.
