There are many thing we discover on the set for our May 2017 cover shoot with Lilly Singh aka Superwoman:  she’s extremely punctual, introduces herself unassumingly with a ”˜Hi, I’m Lilly,’ and loves listening to Selena Gomez while shooting.  

Despite claiming that she isn’t the best at being sexy, the Internet sensation smolders in every shot and makes it look effortless. She grooves to Beyoncé and Drake before taking a quick break between shots to greet a few young fans and pose for selfies.

Singh is styled exclusively in Pepe Jeans and wears three looks, all of which she pulls off like a pro that she is. She picks a breezy cotton off-shoulder top as her favorite. “Whenever someone dresses me out of my comfort zone, it always brings out another side of me that I haven’t seen before,” she says.

In her interview with Rolling Stone India, the cover star discusses the business of social media stardom, the painstaking process of writing a book, the lack of women in comedy and why Internet fame doesn’t come easy.
