Rock outfit, singer confront their worst selves in harrowing new clip

Linkin Park‘s Chester Bennington and singer Kiiara confront their worst selves in the intense new video for their collaboration “Heavy.” The track is Linkin Park’s first single from their upcoming album, One More Light.
The Tim Mattia-directed clip for the emotionally fraught “Heavy” finds Bennington and Kiiara grappling with their demons, which look just them. While Kiiara’s double lingers hauntingly, Bennington begins to scuffle with his.
Eventually, Bennington leaves his house and joins a support group, but he gets into a confrontation with another member while Kiiara watches from the under the brim of her hoodie. Bennington leaves in a fury and, in the bathroom, again engages himself in a fierce fist fight. But the clip ends with Kiiara reaching out to the singer in a tender, cathartic moment.
Linkin Park will release One More Light May 19th via Warner Bros. The album marks the group’s seventh studio LP and first since 2014’s The Hunting Party.
