Zayn Malik dons Tron-esque outfits in the futuristic new video for “Like I Would”

British singer-songwriter Zayn Malik has premiered the video for his second single “Like I Would” off his record-breaking debut album Mind Of Mine. Made in collaboration with Director X aka Julien Christian Lutz  [who has worked with Rihanna and Drake] the edgy clip features Malik wearing neon contact-lenses and glow-in-the-dark clothing surrounded by laser beams. Filmed in a studio in Los Angeles, the video also features several latex and camouflage-clad dancers.

Malik hinted at a new video earlier this week with a photograph of himself wearing a Tron-like, glowing jumpsuit on Twitter and then released the video three hours later.

“Like I Would” is the fourth in a series of visuals from Malik’s Mind Of Mine, following “Pillowtalk,” “iT’s YoU” and “BeFoUr”, each video following completely different themes. Initially released on March 10th 2016, “Like I Would” explores a mix of R&B and dance music, a blend that is also evident on the very smooth “BeFoUr” and a few other tracks on the largely genre-expansive debut solo effort from the former One Direction singer.
