After a long hiatus and a very long, patient wait, BTS is finally returning with their Arirang era while also bringing the experience on the big screen through their highly anticipated BTS World Tour | Arirang Live Viewing event.

This world tour includes a massive 82 shows in 34 cities, starting on April 9 in Goyang, South Korea, before traveling to various countries, including U.S. stops like Chicago and Tampa. And while India isn’t currently on the tour stop list, PVR INOX Pictures is hosting live screenings of the concert film across the country. This grand cinematic event is part of BTS celebrating the release of their fifth studio album, Arirang.

Mark your calendars for two major dates this April: Saturday, April 11, 2026, and Saturday, April 18, 2026. The broadcast on April 11 will showcase the tour’s opening show from Goyang, and according to reports, the screening in India will begin at 3:15 PM IST. The following week, on April 18, you can catch the performance live from the iconic Tokyo Dome in Japan, beginning at 11:15 AM IST.

If you want to warm up before the cinema dates, plenty is happening on Netflix India. Arirang, the 14-track album, drops on March 20, and just a day later, on March 21 at 4:30 PM IST, you can catch a live performance from Seoul’s Gwanghwamun Square streaming exclusively on Netflix.

Adding to the mix, there’s a special documentary titled BTS: The Return that will premiere on March 27, giving us a behind-the-scenes look at their emotional reunion and the making of the album, featuring songs like “Body to Body,” “Hooligan,” “Aliens,” and the lead single “Swim.”

Rooted in the soul of Korea, the album title Arirang draws inspiration from the legendary folk anthem that has echoed through the centuries. For BTS, Arirang is much more than music, a mirror to who they are and their own evolution over the years.

The group shared that this project dove into the “universal rhythms of longing and love,” aiming to create a legacy that speaks to every generation, regardless of the language they speak.
