With Live Gigs Back in Full Swing, So Are Multi-City Tours

Prateek Kuhad begins North America tour, Soulmate and Kiss Nuka head out across India, and Gurbax and Second Sight wrap up tours

Prateek Kuhad – The Way That Lovers Do Tour

Having just released his latest 11-track album The Way That Lovers Do last month, New Delhi-bred singer-songwriter Prateek Kuhad is all set to hit the road to promote it across North America starting this week. With 20 dates lined up and double headers in San Francisco and Toronto, both of which are sold out for the first night, Kuhad will also be hitting Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Boston and New York amongst other cities. Fellow singer-songwriter Laura Elliott will be opening for Kuhad on the tour.

Soulmate – Summer of Love Tour

Shillong blues veterans Soulmate were unable to tour their album Give Love when it was released in 2020, due to the pandemic. Now, the group aren’t letting anything stand in their way as they bring the blues across India with gigs in Gurugram, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai kicking off this week as part of their Summer of Love Tour.

Kiss Nuka – The Accession Tour

Mumbai-bred artist Anushka Manchanda aka Kiss Nuka is all geared up to share her music with listeners at venues across India as she kicks off The Accession Tour this week. Her schedule will take her to New Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Kolkata. Artists such as KAVYA, Zokhuma, noni-mouse and more will join Kiss Nuka at some of the shows.

Gurbax – REBIRTH Album Tour

Atlanta/Bengaluru electronic music producer Kunaal Gurbaxani aka Gurbax has been on the road promoting his 2022 album REBIRTH since late April. After playing 10 dates across India, the artist is now down to the final two shows of his REBIRTH Album Tour. Catch him in Mumbai and Lucknow this week before the tour comes to a close.

Second Sight – Coral Tour

Mumbai singer-songwriter duo Second Sight – comprising musicians Anusha Ramasubramoney and Pushkar Srivatsal – and their extended band just traveled up and down India performing and promoting their 2021 album Coral as part of their Coral Tour. The one city still left on their schedule, however, is their hometown – Mumbai. They will play a gig at Veranda on June 18th. It’s Second Sight’s first-ever tour, closing later this month. Don’t miss out.
