Having played his last set of gigs in India back in 2011, Canadian rock icon Bryan Adams may be preparing to return to the country once again. Currently on tour to support his 2015 album Get Up, the singer-songwriter posted an image of an Indian bus with the words “Summer of 69” emblazoned on its back–a reference to his 1984 hit song by the same name.

The caption “the back of a bus in India” and accompanying hashtags ”˜#bryanadamsgetup’ and ”˜#bryanadamsindia’ have ignited hope in Indian fans’ hearts for an upcoming show. Multiple requests for India tour dates have appeared all across Adams’s social media profiles. Including his 2011 visit, Adams has performed in India a total of four times– the first being in 1995, then in 2001 and again in 2003.

After the rumors of British band Coldplay performing in India turned out to be true last year, fans have good reason to believe talks of their favorite artists visiting the country. Several celebrities are rumored to be adding India to their 2017 tours, including pop sensation Justin Bieber.
