Khatth – Peher

Bhubaneswar rock outfit Khatth recently released their three-track sophomore EP Peher. The new record includes acoustic rock bliss with the melodic “Kahin,” the melancholic “Faasla” and the moody “Naakaamyaab.” In a statement, the band said, “Failure, acceptance and hope. All we’re trying to say is that it’s just a matter of time, hence the name [of the EP], Peher.”

Kruttika Sequeira – Snow

Mumbai-bred and Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Kruttika Sequeira’s five-track debut EP Snow is a beautiful mix of jazz, R&B and soul music. The record’s opener and title track immediately catches your attention with its slick arrangement before you’re drawn in even further with the exquisite “Red Flags” and the piano-aided “Your Time Will Come To Shine.” Sequeira shakes things up with the sizzling “Twin Size Bed” before closing with the emotive “Table For Two.” Overall, Sequeira’s vocals stand out throughout the record while the instrumentation over it is an added bonus.

Kõlama – “Soch”

New Delhi fusion rock band Kõlama’s new single is the scorching “Soch.” The track includes gritty distorted guitars while pulsating drums and soaring vocals drive the song. The tune also features a captivating guitar solo as well as dynamic changes, transitions and more. In a statement, the band said, “’Soch’ the title is both a noun and a verb. It throws a rhetoric to the audience as to where we are headed unaware of our surroundings.”

Addy Singh – Art’s Just Another Guy From Brooklyn

New Delhi vocalist-guitarist Addy Singh’s new three-track EP Art’s Just Another Guy From Brooklyn sees him bring forth a variety of musical styles. Singh kicks off the record with a resounding cover of Nirvana’s smash hit “Come As You Are” before he changes up the pace on the gypsy-sounding “I Hate Myself.” The musician then closes things with the acoustic guitar-led and Dire Straits-leaning “In Swings.”
