Celestial Teapot and Sunit Zadav
Influenced by the likes of rock bands such as Australia’s Karnivool and the U.K.’s Porcupine Tree, Pune-based instrumental rockers Celestial Teapot are set to showcase their blend of powerful, ambient and dreamy sonic elements that hit just the right spot. Mumbai-based singer-songwriter Sunit Zadav ”“ who recently released his breezy debut single “Mush” ”“ will bring his acoustic pop sounds to the table.

New Delhi gypsy/cabaret outfit Peter Cat Recording Co. is in action this week with a hometown gig. The band is geared to perform material from their full discography which includes 2011’s Sinema, 2015’s Climax and this year’s Portrait of a Time: 2010 ”“ 2016.

Donn Bhat + Passenger Revelator
Fronted by Mumbai producer Donn Bhat, the electro-rock group Donn Bhat + Passenger Revelator has released three records, most recently being 2017’s Connected which won the best electronica album at the Radio City Freedom Music Awards the same year.

With the country getting ready to celebrate Independence Day next week, Mumbai venue Above The Habitat is putting on a stellar rock gig titled Indie-Pendence Music Fest featuring four of the city’s loudest acts such as Paratra, Harmononium, Chabuk, Inregalia and Insignia.
