Long-running music festival NH7 Weekender has persisted and emerged with a comeback edition from Mar. 13 to 15 at Mahalakshmi Lawns in Pune, with an all-Indian lineup featuring Punjabi star Talwiinder, singer-songwriter Prateek Kuhad, Gujarati hitmaker Aditya Gadhvi and more.
The stacked roster features rap stars Raftaar x KR$NA, Kashmiri artist Faheem Abdullah, pop artist Aditya Rikhari, hip-hop/pop star King, fusion stalwarts Indian Ocean, as well as a specially curated set by DJ-producer Nucleya with guests on stage.
The lineup also brings in Meghalaya rap star Reble, pop artist Kushagra performing with fellow artist Tanishka, hip-hop/R&B artist Pho, singer-songwriter Gini, Marathi house DJ-producer Kratex, singer-songwriter Bharat Chauhan, and pop artist Maan Panu.
Pop-rock act Naalayak arrives on the back of releasing their new album Marammat in November last year, while New Delhi’s genre-blending hip-hop artist Nanku performs soon after releasing his new album Pyar N’ Stuff in February, alongside longtime collaborator Karun. Electro-fusion act The Bandish Projekt, rapper Vichaar, multi-instrumentalist Sudan, singer-songwriter Bombay the Artist, rapper-producer duo Shia OG x Zero Chill and New Delhi rap crew DL91, among others also round out the Weekender lineup.
Now called Iconiq White NH7 Weekender, the three-day festival marks Weekender’s return after the 15th edition was canceled at the last minute in December 2024. In the past year, however, the music festival — which was founded in 2010 — hosted day-long editions in Delhi NCR, Indore and Jaipur in March 2025.
While NH7 Weekender was known for bringing down a wide roster of international rock and pop acts like Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, and Cigarettes After Sex to Indian stages, the latest edition signals a shift towards a more India-centric lineup. There’s also a noticeable gender imbalance, with no female artists in the top billing, despite the festival being among the first to host an all-female main stage at their 2023 edition, which featured Brit-Tamil artist M.I.A., Swiss-Tamil artist Priya Ragu, Canadian rap duo Cartel Madras, and more.
This edition positions Weekender as a potential testing ground for a more homegrown, artist-forward festival model, putting Indian talent firmly at the center of the stage.
