Premiere: Hear Trix Reunite with The Lost Clowns for Bright Pop Song ‘On My Way’

The New Delhi electronic music producer takes stock of life’s losses and struggles and bounces back

Electronic music producer Trix aka Sanjog Bhushan offers himself a reminder to keep going on his sleek new pop song “On My Way,” which features British vocal duo The Lost Clowns.

Trix’s first release of the year – he previously released tropical chill songs like “Sundown,” “Better Days” and “Keep Me Up” in 2021 – comes after facing down life’s trials and tribulations, including personal loss. He says that the song is a “simple reminder that life is short, that life is a story and make it your bestseller.” The artist adds, “Everyone goes through hard times, but in those times, you’re always on your way back to being a wiser, stronger and better version of yourself.”

Out on his 22nd birthday, Trix says “On My Way” was a relatively quicker creation than most of his other tunes. While speaking with The Lost Clowns about his life’s changes, they cheered up the producer and offered to collaborate “on something that is uplifting.” Previously teaming up on a love song called “Be With You,” Bhushan says they came up with the idea together and completed the track.

Although it’s taken a while to put out new material, Trix says he has plans to release a lot more this year, following “On My Way.” He adds, “I want to give the fans a lot more than I have in the past years. Hopefully they still enjoy what I make and continue to support me, since that has been my motivation to fight through the difficult times.”
